How this work unfolds

This work is body-led and process-oriented.

Rather than focusing on isolated sessions, we work through ongoing, contained processes that allow the nervous system to respond and reorganise over time.

Sessions may include:

  • somatic work and Spinal Energetics

  • attention to patterns held in the body

  • cognitive and language-based approaches when helpful

  • space for integration during and between sessions

There is no pressure to talk, analyse or reach conclusions.
The pace is guided by what your system is ready to meet.
