How this work unfolds
This work is body-led and process-oriented.
Rather than focusing on isolated sessions, we work through ongoing, contained processes that allow the nervous system to respond and reorganise over time.
Sessions may include:
somatic work and Spinal Energetics
attention to patterns held in the body
cognitive and language-based approaches when helpful
space for integration during and between sessions
There is no pressure to talk, analyse or reach conclusions.
The pace is guided by what your system is ready to meet.
