Hi, I’m Ana Baptista.
I’m a medical doctor with 19 years of experience, specialised in Hematology, and a former Senior Medical Director in clinical trials.
My interest has always been to understand the human being more fully, beyond isolated symptoms.
Over the years, I researched and trained in different approaches to health that could bring relief and wellbeing where conventional medicine was not fully reaching.
Today, I work with individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply, not only at the level of symptoms, but across the body, the nervous system and their life context.
I work alongside conventional medicine, focusing on cases where symptoms are not fully explained or resolved through standard approaches, while also offering additional support to people going through more demanding health challenges, such as cancer treatments, chronic symptoms or persistent states of stress and nervous system dysregulation.
My work integrates medical knowledge with NLP and body-based practices such as Spinal Energetics and breathwork.
It brings together science and a deeper understanding of the body to support change that feels both grounded and sustainable.
I truly believe we can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease, awareness and clarity. And that’s what I help people with.

The modalities I use
Spinal Energetics
Spinal Energetics is a relatively new body-based modality that combines modern science with elements inspired by ancient practices.
In my work, it is used within a broader medically informed approach that includes clinical assessment, pattern recognition and other integrative tools. It is not intended to replace appropriate medical or psychological care.
This work engages with the body, the spine and the nervous system through attention, breath, sound and gentle physical input. Through a non-invasive approach, it helps release chronic tension, increase body awareness and support the regulation of emotional and nervous system patterns that can contribute to physical symptoms and overall wellbeing.
Over time, many people describe feeling more present, grounded and connected to themselves. Decisions may feel clearer, emotional reactivity can soften, and the body often begins to move towards a greater sense of balance and ease.
Breathwork
Breathwork uses conscious breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system, build resilience and open access to deeper states of awareness. These sessions can vary from simple practices to support daily life, focus and emotional balance, to deeper processes that allow for release and expanded awareness.
Through this process, stress reduces, emotions held in the body can surface and integrate, and a greater sense of clarity and ease becomes available. Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves.
Breathwork is both a powerful practice on its own and a strong complement to integrative work, helping bring changes into the body in a tangible way.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
NLP provides practical methods for identifying and shifting unconscious patterns that influence thoughts, behaviours and emotions. It offers tools to reframe limiting beliefs and create new ways of thinking, acting and responding.
NLP is integrated within coaching and combined with body-based approaches, supporting change that is both practical and embodied.
Somatic Coaching
Coaching is a structured conversation that brings awareness to the patterns, beliefs and choices shaping your life. It can offer greater clarity and direction, while creating space for new perspectives to emerge.
In my work, coaching is not about giving advice or offering quick solutions. It is about helping you recognise what truly matters to you and supporting you in aligning with your own path.
It also acts as a mirror, helping you become more aware of the patterns and beliefs that may have been unconsciously shaping your behaviour, while opening space for greater flexibility, choice and self-awareness.
