Hi, I’m Ana Baptista.
I’m a medical doctor over 18 years, specialized in hematology and with experience in clinical research.

Alongside my medical career, I have expanded into complementary fields that address what science alone often can’t: how the body, mind and energy systems interact to shape the way we live and feel.

Today I work with individuals who lead demanding lives and want more than just external success. Who want clarity and true balance. Who want to feel good in their mind and body.

Through a tailored integration of Spinal Energetics, Breathwork, Coaching and NLP, combined with medical insight, I help refine the internal system so it can sustain both who you are and the life you want to create.

The modalities I use

Spinal Energetics

Spinal Energetics is a revolutionary modality that works with the energy flowing through the spine, helping you access and awaken the innate wisdom of your body. It supports regulation of the nervous system by working simultaneously on the physical body and the energetic field.

This approach reaches body memories that the mind cannot fully access, releasing stored tension and unresolved experiences. It helps free you from emotional loops and unconscious triggers, leading to less reactive states and allowing you to feel more present. Decisions become clearer, relationships can be navigated with greater ease, and the grip of addictive behaviours often begins to dissolve.

Breathwork

Breathwork uses conscious breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system, build resilience and open access to deeper states of consciousness. These sessions can vary from simple exercises to practise in daily life, supporting focus and emotional balance, to deeper journeys that expand awareness and bring profound release.

Through this process, stress can dissolve, emotions held in the body can surface and integrate, and a greater sense of clarity and ease becomes available. Clients often describe returning from these journeys lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves. Breathwork is both a powerful practice on its own and an essential complement to integrative work, helping you embody transformation in a tangible way.

Coaching

Focused conversations that bring awareness to the patterns, beliefs and choices shaping your life. Coaching offers clarity, direction and accountability, while also creating space for new perspectives to emerge.

In my work, coaching is not about giving advice or offering quick fixes. It is about guiding you to recognise what you truly value and supporting you in aligning that with your own unique path.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP provides practical methods for identifying and shifting unconscious patterns that influence thoughts, behaviours and emotions. It offers direct tools to reframe limiting beliefs and create new strategies for success, well-being and authentic expression.

In my work, NLP tools are applied through coaching conversations and combined with somatic practices, accelerating meaningful change and embedding it in everyday life.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is not a stand-alone modality in my work, but a complementary tool I often use when it serves the client’s process. In certain moments, guided states of deep focus can help sustain change at the mental level, reinforcing the shifts that emerge through the body and emotions.

It is applied only when appropriate and always in an integrative way, supporting the mind in aligning with the transformations already taking place.
