About the Practice.

Medicine meets a broader understanding of health

My background is in medicine and haematology, including clinical practice and international research.

Over the years, I have trained in a range of modalities to build an integrative approach to health, and I am an active member of the Institute for Functional Medicine.

This practice brings that experience to a careful assessment of your symptoms, medical history and the context of your daily life.
Together, we discuss suitable next steps, including the role and limitations of any supportive approaches.

What else influences health when symptoms, diagnoses and laboratory results do not tell the whole story?

Understanding your health starts with listening, a medical assessment and a discussion of the factors that may be relevant to your symptoms.

Different ways to support your health

Your journey begins with an initial assessment. Further support is discussed according to your needs and clinical context.

Initial Assessment

A comprehensive medical assessment exploring your health history, physiology, nervous system regulation and the patterns that may be influencing your wellbeing.

Nervous system regulation

Evidence-informed approaches designed to improve regulation, resilience and the body’s capacity to adapt to stress.

Breath & self-regulation

Practical breathing and awareness-based techniques that support autonomic regulation and everyday resilience.

Personalised follow-up

An evolving process integrating medical expertise, physiology and supportive approaches according to your individual needs.

Why this approach is different

A medical perspective that considers your symptoms, health history and daily experience together.

Supportive approaches do not replace appropriate medical investigation or treatment.

Medical background

Experience in medicine, haematology, clinical practice and research.

Nervous system regulation

Considering the relationship between stress, physiology and your individual experience.

Science & human experience

Discussing the evidence, uncertainties and limitations relevant to each proposed approach.

A personalised process

An assessment and follow-up shaped by your symptoms, clinical context and goals.

A new perspective on health

Start with an assessment of your concerns and a discussion of the next steps.

Nervous system regulation

This work happens on two levels. Through NLP and coaching, you learn to recognise your thought patterns, set clear intentions and align your choices with what truly matters to you. Somatic modalities such as Spinal Energetics and Breathwork journeys work more directly, through the body’s own movement and expression, reaching what is held beyond words.

Breath & self-regulation

Simple breathing exercises, practised consistently, are one of the most direct ways to influence your nervous system. You learn them in individual sessions or in group settings, so you can use them on your own, whenever you need to come back to yourself.
