Working with organisations

Alongside individual and group work, I collaborate with organisations, teams and professional environments where sustained pressure, change and responsibility are part of daily life.

This work is designed to support nervous system regulation, presence and decision-making in demanding contexts — without turning wellbeing into performance or productivity tools.

How this work supports workplaces

Many professionals function at a high level while carrying ongoing tension, cognitive overload or emotional fatigue.

In organisational settings, this often shows up as:

  • difficulty settling or switching off

  • chronic stress and reactivity

  • reduced clarity and decision fatigue

  • disconnection from the body under pressure

The work I offer creates contained, grounded spaces where regulation and awareness can develop — individually and collectively.

Ways of working together

Collaborations are adapted to the context and needs of each organisation and may include:

  • small group sessions focused on nervous system regulation

  • embodied workshops integrating somatic and cognitive approaches

  • spaces for integration during periods of change or transition

  • bespoke events for teams, leadership groups or retreats

The approach is non-invasive, practical and experience-based.

Professional background

I am a medical doctor working with Spinal Energetics and integrative somatic approaches, with experience supporting individuals and groups in high-responsibility and high-pressure environments.

My work bridges medical understanding, nervous system regulation and embodied awareness — offering a grounded, human approach to wellbeing in professional settings.

Is this the right fit?

This work may be suitable for organisations that:

  • value sustainable wellbeing over quick fixes

  • recognise the impact of nervous system states on performance and relationships

  • are open to experiential, body-based approaches

  • want to support people beyond purely cognitive strategies
