I bring my medical background together with an understanding of the nervous system and the imprints in the body, to help you make sense of what is happening within you. Not only what you feel, but why it might be happening and how to move forward.

About

I’m Ana Baptista, a medical doctor specialised in Hematology, with nearly two decades of experience.

Over the years, I have expanded my work into an integrative approach to medicine, alongside coaching and body-based practices such as Spinal Energetics and breathwork.

Today, my work brings these areas together in a more complete approach to health.
